Hi, I’m Julia – Thyroid Cancer Survivor & Registered Dietitian

As a Registered Dietitian and long-time thyroid cancer survivor, 

I combine 15 years of personal experience and clinical expertise to help thyroid warriors live full, energized lives even without a thyroid.

I am dedicated to serving all types of thyroid cancer survivors and anyone who wants to live their life optimally after thyroid surgery or endocrine procedures through personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching. I offer 1:1 coaching for 3-6 months, 60-minute Power Hour sessions, and 30-day roadmaps. My approach is evidence-based, practical, and aims to provide clear steps for the low iodine diet, support for radioactive iodine (RAI), navigating symptoms from TKIs, surgery recovery tips, and guidance on medication timing with meals. No scare tactics, just straight help that works in real life.

My Story

I am passionate about empowering individuals to fuel their bodies, support steady energy, manage weight changes, protect bone health, and care for their heart using everyday foods. My journey as a thyroid cancer survivor has inspired me to help others achieve optimal health through nutrition and lifestyle. I offer personalized coaching and practical guidance to make the journey towards better health and wellness a smoother one for each individual.

My Healing Journey Became My Mission

I know what it’s like to feel like your body is working against you. After surgery, I searched endlessly for answers only to discover that thyroid recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all. Through years of research, clinical experience, and trial and error, I developed methods that finally restored my energy, improved my hormone balance, and helped me feel like me again.

Now, I use this exact approach to support my clients through their own journeys so they no longer have to struggle in silence or navigate misinformation on their own.
